The layout incorporated stunning imagery, clean typography, and dynamic graphic elements to capture the energy and transformation of the area. I utilized branded color schemes, custom-designed maps, and structured layouts to enhance readability and visual appeal.

Designed the full multi-page layout, balancing editorial content with eye-catching visuals.
Created custom infographics, callout sections, and feature highlights to showcase key attractions and business developments.
